Amy Wakerley achieves RICS Chartership

Amy Wakerley – Quantity Surveyor

Congratulations to Amy Wakerley for passing her RICS Assessment of Professional Competence and becoming a Chartered Quantity Surveyor. This result is a well-deserved reward for all of her dedication and hard work. We look forward to being able to celebrate in person!

See what Amy and our Managing Director, Danny Frost have to say below:

I am proud and excited to have passed my APC and qualified as a professional member of the RICS. It’s been a challenging but rewarding process over the last 2 years and I would like to thank the Base team for all of the advice, guidance and mentorship they have provided throughout. Their support ensured I was confident in answering questions and helped me in feeling as prepared as possible for my final interview.

Amy Wakerley, Quantity Surveyor at Base Quantum

It is great pleasure to see Amy passing her APC and obtaining full membership of the RICS. This was well-deserved as she has spent the whole of lockdown immersed in studying and showing us all her dedication and commitment. I have known Amy for 6 years and in that time she has developed into an extremely competent, committed and hardworking QS. From the first day I met her – when she was the first of a group of us to reach the top of a climbing wall – I knew she was destined for the top! This is just the first of many achievements for Amy in a quantity surveying career that will inevitably see her quickly rise through the ranks of her profession. She is one of many bright young surveyors here at Base who are forming the foundation for both our longevity and future.
