Waterloo Mansions, situated on Dover’s historic seafront, is a Grade II listed building dating back to the 1930s. The terraces, which are residential apartments, form part of the Port of Dover’s asset holdings. Works included repairs to the mansard roof and parapet walls, dormer window refurbishment, flat roof remedial works, surface water drainage upgrades and renewal of the render and ironmongery heritage features. Significant refurbishments were required due to deterioration of external and internal features.
